The former way of what I mentioned is too complicated & you have to go through many hoops just to access the Japanese Google Play Store back & forth, while it's just easier to go through the latter by simply downloading a APK app file. On Android, it's easy to bypass the former by going through APK's because Android is an open platform & that no one truly owns it, while it's much harder for iPhones & iPads because of Apple's robust security. Recently, I've heard that the Japanese Google Play Store has a lot of great shit that Americans like myself can't get to unless there's a workaround, & there's only two ways to do it: By creating a throwaway Japanese Gmail account, & using a VPN, or accessing those apps through a APK.
